In compliance with state law, we provide reports to the State Controller's office annually. Board and Staff member compensation can be viewed on the State Controller's PublicPay website.
In compliance with the Public Employees' Retirement Law (PERL), Public Employees' Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA), and Title 2 Section 570.5 Requirement for a Publicly Available Pay Schedule, compensation earnable and pensionable compensation are determined in accordance with amounts identified on the Statutory and Regulatory Pay Schedule for ECCID.
